I am currently employed in a service and support role with Apple that includes one on one time with customers helping to troubleshoot and solve problems as well as hands-on time performing repairs on Apple equipment.

I helped to open the Twenty Ninth Street store as a part-time Mac Specialist. I quickly became involved in back of house duties as well as standard care and phone support. I was a central figure on my store’s planogram and visual merchandising team including leading the iPhone launch rollout.

I am an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician. I have extensive knowledge of Aperture, iLife and iWork as well as an understanding of the rest of Apple’s professional applications. I am comfortable in Mac OS X Leopard Server. I am also proficient in advanced photography skills as well as photographic lighting. I am proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I also am versed in XHTML, CSS, PHP and am constantly expanding my knowledge of other web related languages including SQL, Javascript and others. I am a skilled writer both in terms of journalistic style as well as technical writing.
